
Andrea
Scott (LLSMD MA) has worked as an actress and dancer on stage and
in film. She has been teaching drama and dance and directing for
the past ten years. This time has included running a youth theatre
and teaching from 3 yrs up to adults of all levels. She is the
resident drama teacher in Griffith Barracks National School and
has led transtition year drama programmes in secondary schools,
directing and choreographing end of course shows. She is delighted
to be taking over Act One as of 2005 and plans to continue the
ethos of creativity and excellence while also bringing new ideas
and ventures to the school. Andrea completed a masters in theatre directing at UCD in 2008 with first class honours.

Mick Mulcahy is an actor and drama teacher. He has worked as an
actor in, among others, the Abbey and Gaiety theatres in Dublin,
the Everyman in Cork and Siamse Tire in Kerry. He has appeared
in Fair City and many short films. Mick is the resident drama teacher
in St John Boscos National School and has been teaching in many
other primary and secondary schools around the city as well as
theatre schools. He is looking forward to the coming year with
Act One.
